Customer service is not just lip service at JR; it is our raison d'être! We get it. Seriously. We know we are here for one reason only, to put a huge smile on your face. That's it. So, whatever we can do to accomplish that, we will. Bottom line.

Permanent Call List:

The best way to ensure you get what you want in the size you want is to be on our Permanent Call List, otherwise known as St.John's "A" List! We keep one for each designer, and as soon as their new pieces arrive in the store, you get the call.

Wish List:

Give your significant other a huge break and create a JR Wish List for them to choose from for your birthday, the holidays, an anniversary or just because. Actually, we think the JR Wish List promotes gift giving, because their stress is gone and your thrill remains! See one of our fabulous JR staff to create yours today!

Gift Certificates:

Take the pressure off and give the gift of a heavenly shopping experience! Available in any denomination you like.

Private Shopping:

We completely understand your hectic schedule - we sometimes have one too! So, in order to ensure you get the time you need to check out the latest fashions, JR will arrange a private shopping experience that meets your time frame whenever you need one. You can even bring some friends! Just give us a call and we will set it up pronto!

Special Orders:

As you know, we carry a very limited number of pieces in each size (so that you don't bang into yourself when you're out and about!) so if yours is gone let us know and we'll do our best to special order it for you. Special orders are subject to availability and a small shipping fee may apply.

Gift Wrapping:

Where else can you hire a genuine 'Wrap Star' for a minimal donation? Check out the handy work of the JR Wrap team to see how stylin' your gifts can be. Best of all, your donations support our favourite charity, The Women's Centre! We make sure your gifts look amazing and you make sure the community is supported in ways that empower women - we so love that, don't you?!
A place where they (the staff) greet you by name and they make an effort to know your style. All I have to do is walk through the door and Elizabeth graciously shows me what's new. I luv the unique styles and the quality of the fabrics. My closet is full and I have worn it for years and years. Thank you very much to the staff.
