Store Policy:

At JR we aim for complete customer satisfaction, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer an exchange or a store credit note if your items are returned within 7 days of purchase, unworn, with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. PLEASE NOTE: all earrings, undergarments and hosiery are final sale.

Holiday Return Policy:

If you are not completely thrilled with your gift from JR (we can't imagine that, but ok!) we will happily exchange it for another item of equal value or provide a store credit note as long as your gift is returned unworn, with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original gift receipt. PLEASE NOTE: there will be no exchanges or returns allowed during the Boxing Day sale. Christmas gifts may be exchanged for 2 the weeks following the 28th of December.

Lay Away:

A great way to hold your size is to 'lay it away'. Just make sure that the merchandise is regular price, your lay away doesn't go beyond 30 days and we receive 25% of the original before tax price as a deposit. PLEASE NOTE: All lay away merchandise is considered final sale.
