If for some reason you need to exchange the item due to sizing, or because you received a defective item, or any other reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase so that we can get your order sorted out for you as quickly as possible! 

All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.




On regular priced items Johnny Ruth will accept merchandise in its original, unused condition for  an exchange and a JR Gift Card when accompanied by the original sales receipt within a total of 7 days of receiving your items. We aim to please, so please contact us to discuss a purchase that you may not be satisfied with.

In-store pickups, from an online purchase, will follow the same exchange policy as in-store purchases. 

All sale items are final sale. No exchange or JR store credit.

No exchange on puzzles, books, cards, food items, socks, hosiery or under garments, personal grooming products such as lotions, soap perfume oils.

JR Gift Cards are final sale and have no expiry.


Holiday 2021 Returns

Clothing items can be exchanged until January 9th 2022. 

No Exchanges or Returns on December 27th

For online orders we will offer an exchange or JR Gift Card sent via email that you can use on our e-commerce store. No expiry on JR Gift Cards so you can use it  another day!

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to send your item back to or return at store location. 


Shipping A Product For Return

If you need to make an exchange please send us an email at info@johnnyruth.com to discuss the details. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.

Once the return is approved  you will receive an email detailing how to proceed. 

*We will not accept returns that are unauthorized.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (example: tags attached). 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive the return, we will mail out your exchange or issue you a JR Gift Card sent via email that you can use on our e-commerce store.

Johnny Ruth reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Johnny Ruth is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address.
