Shipping Cost

Johnny Ruth offers free shipping on Canadian orders over $200. At checkout please enter code FREESHIPCDN

Johnny Ruth offers free shipping on US orders over $300. At checkout, please enter code FREESHIPUS

If you are shipping within Canada and your order is under $200 we offer a $20 flat rate.

If you are shipping to the US and your order is under $300 we offer a $30 flat rate.

We also offer express options for shipping which would be calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you via the email you provided.

It will include the following:

Order number
Billing + shipping address
The piece(s) you bought
Style names + numbers

Shipment Email and Tracking

Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please email us at info@johnnyruth.com as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.

Processing

Getting your items in your hands quickly is a huge priority for us. We will process and ship your order within 24 hours if received Monday-Friday. If your order is placed after regular business hours or Friday-Sunday your order will not ship until Monday. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Free Local Delivery

If your purchase is over $100.00 and your gift recipient lives in the greater St. John’s area - CBS, Paradise, Topsail, Portugal Cove, St. Thomas, Pouch Cove, Torbay or Flatrock, we will deliver your purchase right to your door. If your delivery location is outside of the regular delivery areas you should call for confirmation of local delivery (709) 722-7477. 

Curbside Pick Up

Any purchase can be left curbside for your pick-up. Simply call us at (709) 722-7477 when you’re outside and one of our friendly staff will place it close to your vehicle.
