Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are absolutely thrilled with your purchase from Johnny Ruth! In the case that you have received a defective item from Johnny Ruth, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you are missing items from your order or were sent an incorrect item, please contact right away so we can get your order sorted out for you as quickly as possible! Johnny Ruth will accept merchandise in its original unused condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email within a total of 14 days of receiving your items. All sale items and purchases made with promotional codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with the exception of the newsletter sign-up welcome code.
RULES FOR RETURNS
- Items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returns must have the original packing slip included.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- All packaging must be included in your return.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s).
- Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our store. You will receive an email with your store credit or refund.
At Johnny Ruth, we have a limited number of curated styles featured on our site and because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email that you can use on our e-commerce store only. Johnny Ruth reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Johnny Ruth is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via the email we have on file. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
ISSUING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.
Once approved by a Johnny Ruth customer care rep, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and return instructions, do not send back your package before receiving an RA.
Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition and all packaging before sending it back. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of your RA# being received. Please include your completed return form and order receipt in the box. The returns form is found in the black envelope that came in your package.
