Once you reach 500 points, you can start redeeming them on purchases.

• You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (Gold members earn 2 points per $1).
• 100 points = $1 off
• You need 500 points minimum before you can redeem.

No, your points do not expire as long as your account remains active.

There are three tiers:

Bronze – When you first sign up
Silver – Spend $750 in one year
Gold – Spend $2000 in one year

Each tier comes with more perks and bonus rewards.

Bronze

• 1 point per $1 spent
• 10% off your next purchase (within one month of signing up)
• 300 birthday points
• 25 points when you bring your own bag

Silver

• 1 point per $1 spent
• Silver-only points & redemption events
• 200 welcome points
• 500 birthday points
• 50 points when you bring your own bag

Gold

• 2 points per $1 spent
• Gold-only points & redemption events
• 300 welcome points
• 1000 birthday points
• Free shipping (online orders only)
• 100 points when you bring your own bag

Bonus point events are special promotions where you can earn extra points on select products.

During redemption events, your points will be worth more!

You receive birthday points once per year, based on your tier:

• Bronze: 300 points
• Silver: 500 points
• Gold: 1000 points
