Homegrown Windblown Mid-Profile Trucker Hat - JR x Voltfuse

We teamed up with local adventure apparel company, Voltfuse, to create this mid-profile, high quality, trucker hat. This cotton hat features mesh backing and a classic adjustable snapback closure. It is adorned with an embroidered patch.

The phrase 'Homegrown Windblown' came about when our Assistant Buyer, Lori Newman, was reflecting on missing home while living away, and missing the wind, the saltwater, and the beautiful land that we have. 

Newfoundlanders are resilient because we live on an island in the middle of the Atlantic where the weather is often less than ideal. We like to think we have a thicker skin even when it’s windy enough to “blow the head off ya!’

We sent the phrase to John Deveraux at Perfect Day who helped us embody what it means to love the outdoor life and the opportunities that living here gives you. He added the commonly seen, leaning tuckamore tree with a hidden Newfoundland map to create a design that shows our love of place and our resilience as islanders.
